Welcome back! In this lesson, we’ll learn how to understand and calculate percentages using fractions and decimals.
Summary
A percentage shows a part of a whole as a number out of 100.
Example: 50% means 50 out of 100.
To convert a fraction or decimal to a percentage, multiply by 100 and add the % sign.
